I've had a couple maintenance requests since moving in and they were taken care of immediately. Also, I had some trash that ... I had bagged up inside while I was at work and had forgot it and they gathered that up as well and took it to the trash receptacle. Couldn't be more satisfied with the people. Thank you. Maintenance is on property and same day response for submitted requests. No shared hallways or staircases! Each unit is like a townhouse. Appliances are Top Shelf (GE) with decorative fixtures.
