Everyone please realize we live in a community environment. You don’t live in a house with acreage between each other. So please be mindful of your noise and disturbances. Be respectful of others. Not everyone works the same hours and people like to come home and relax, not contend with ignorant neighbors who think they live out in the country and can be as loud as they please.

3 bed/3 bath Dakota (upstairs) in the building closest to the clubhouse, with 2 vehicle, side by side parking garage and all new floor coverings and carpet installed just before we moved in. We’ve had no pets and the place is in as new condition. Rent of $1975 is paid through Feb 1. The lease will renew April 18th, deposit will be left for new residents. The management company does charge a $500 lease takeover fee. Will be ready for occupancy on Monday, January 12th. Call us at 501-593-6916

Please watch your pets. There has been a cat on my porch hiding from the wind for a while. She may be pregnant! If your missing a cat please come get it. I’m allergic so I will not bring it in. I will soon call animal control. No pet should be outside like that!!
